At dig deep, each massage is customized for the specific client’s needs that very day.
"I practice Deep Tissue and Sports & Injury Therapy, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping, Vacutherapy (or Vacuum Therapy- both for reduction of cellulite, and for major myofascial release) Voodoo Flossing, Visceral Manipulation, Swedish and Prenatal Massage.

I love my clients but I don't love getting sick! If you have a cough, sniffles, or super congested, I can't work on you. Even if you tell me it is just seasonal allergies. Safety is my top priority for my clients and for myself - if I get sick, I can't help you! Please contact me via text 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule!

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full session!
*Please call 24 hours before your appointment if you need to re-schedule or cancel and you will
receive a full refund of your deposit.
Same day cancellations/ reschedules will be charged 100% of the service fee to the credit card on file or charged in person if a card is not on file at the time of the next appointment.
If you fail to call to cancel your appointment, fail to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, or fail to try and reschedule at least 4 hours before you appointment, you will be subjected to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled session fee.
